Ottawa Kids Tri has been awarded a grant from The Ontario Trillium Foundation in the amount of $7,500 for the purchase of an enclosed trailer to transport and store equipment. This will increase the safety of volunteers and reduce storage costs, helping to maintain affordable participant fees. This is the second grant from The Ontario Trillium Foundation awarded to us. In 2004 we received a grant of $35,000 to purchase triathlon and safety equipment for our events.
The support of The Trillium Foundation of Ontario is most appreciated by the OKT members and volunteers.
